For accounting firms (gestorías) and advisory firms
Payments across all your client companies, in one dashboard.
Outstanding, overdue, DSO and alerts for every company, whatever invoicing software it uses. Each company keeps its account, its data and the final say.
Every client company handles payments its own way.
Different software at every client
To find out who owes what, you have to log in to each system or ask for a spreadsheet that arrives late and out of date.
Deadlines run even when nobody’s watching
Recovering the VAT on an unpaid invoice, a customer’s insolvency proceedings or the limitation period all have a date, and nobody sends a warning.
The question lands on your desk
When cash runs short, the company calls its adviser. Without payments in view, the answer takes days.
What your firm sees.
Your whole portfolio, in one table
Outstanding, overdue, DSO and ageing (0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days) for each client company. Sort it, filter it and export it.
Whatever software they use
Each company connects its invoicing software or imports its invoices. You see them all the same way, plus which software each one uses.
Alerts that need you today
Legal deadlines on unpaid invoices about to expire, recoverable VAT, reminders awaiting approval, broken connections or very old debt.
In and out in one click
Open each company’s account with the access it gives you, then go back to your dashboard. Every visit is logged in its history.

- Yearly payment: 10 months
- Pay 10 instalments and get 12 months. A change of size is notified in advance and applies at renewal.

How a company gets linked.
You invite the company
From your dashboard, using the owner’s email address. They get a single-use link.
The company accepts
If it already uses Remitide, it accepts from its account. If not, it signs up with the same link. Until then, you see nothing.
It appears in your dashboard
With its figures up to date. The company can change or revoke your access at any time.
The terms, clearly.
- No lock-in
- Monthly or yearly fee, and you can cancel whenever you like.
- It adjusts itself
- When you link or unlink a company, the difference is prorated on the next invoice.
- The company decides the access
- “Follow-up” or “Follow-up and settings”. It can change or revoke it whenever it wants; never the plan or closing the account.
- Each company chases its own invoices
- From its own email and with its own approval. The money always goes to each company’s account.
- Their data is theirs
- If the firm stops paying, each company keeps its account and can view and export its data.
- For professional firms
- That advise the companies they link. 14-day trial, no card needed.
Questions from accounting firms.
Who decides what the firm can see?
The client company. It accepts the link from its account, chooses the access level (“Follow-up” or “Follow-up and settings”) and can change or revoke it at any time. Once revoked, the firm stops seeing it straight away.
Does the firm chase payments on behalf of its clients?
No. Each company chases its own invoices from its own email, with its own templates and its own approval. Remitide doesn’t chase payments on anyone’s behalf or handle any money: payments always go to each company’s own account.
What about a company that already pays for its own plan?
It can still be linked, keeps its plan and doesn’t count towards your fee while it pays for it. You can set it to “The company pays”: then it never counts, even if it stops paying. With “The firm pays”, if it stops paying it starts to count and you cover it, with your fee adjusted pro rata.
What does each client company get?
Everything in the individual plan for its size, which gives its band its name: there are six, one per plan (Starter, Essential, Plus, Professional, Advanced and Business). Starter and Essential companies also get the legal deadline tracker for unpaid invoices and insolvency monitoring, and Plus companies get the legal deadline tracker for unpaid invoices. It costs less than taking out each plan separately and comes on a single invoice to the firm.
How is size worked out, and when does it change?
Remitide counts the invoices each company issued in the last 12 months. A newly linked company starts in the band of its imported history (or Starter, if it has none). If it later moves to another band, we let you know 7 days in advance and the change applies at your next renewal, never mid-period. Above 4,800 invoices a year it’s custom: the company pays for its own plan or we work it out with you.
Can the company pay instead of the firm?
Yes, you choose for each company in your dashboard. With “The company pays” it takes out its own plan at the standard price, doesn’t count towards your fee and you still see it in your dashboard as before; to choose this, the company must already have an active plan. If you also join the Remitide partner programme, you earn 15% of what the companies that take out their own plan through your link pay.
What if the firm stops paying?
The firm loses access to its dashboard and to its client companies’ accounts until it settles up. Each company keeps its account and its data: if it pays for its own plan, nothing changes; if not, it can take one out or stays in read-only mode, with its data available to view and export.
What if my companies use different software?
It doesn’t matter. Each company connects its own or imports its invoices from a file. In the dashboard you see them all by the same criteria, and which software each one uses.
Can I earn money by recommending Remitide to my clients?
Yes, through the partner programme, which is separate from the Accounting firms plan: you earn 15% of what the companies that subscribe through your link pay, excluding VAT, for as long as they keep paying. You can use the plan, the programme or both.
How is the fee charged?
A monthly or yearly fee (10 months) with 5 small companies (Starter or Essential) included. Each additional company adds to it according to its size, from €17.99 to €129.99 a month; those paying for their own plan don’t count. When you link or unlink a company, the difference is prorated on the next invoice. No lock-in. It’s for professional firms that advise the companies they link.
