Remitide prepares the link and records the payment. The money never passes through Remitide.

Mock-up with made-up data.

Step by step

From reminder to logged payment, with no middleman.

  1. Step 1

You connect Stripe and your IBAN

Your own Stripe account, paying out to the bank of your choice. And your company’s IBAN, for anyone who prefers bank transfer.

  2. Step 2

The reminder includes how to pay

A payment link for the outstanding amount on that invoice and, if you have one, your IBAN with the invoice number for the reference.

  3. Step 3

    Your customer pays

When they open the link, the payment is set up in your Stripe account. Stripe collects it and pays it out to your bank: the money never passes through Remitide.

  4. Step 4

    The payment logs itself

When Stripe confirms the payment, the invoice is marked as paid and its sequence stops. If the payment fails or is refunded, that shows too.

The details that matter

A link that can’t charge twice.

  • Always in your account

The link is created in your connected Stripe account, never in one of Remitide’s. Remitide doesn’t receive, hold or move the money from your invoices.

  • It expires and can be revoked

Every link expires after 90 days and stops working if the invoice is paid another way, so nobody pays twice.

  • For what’s genuinely owed

The link is for the outstanding amount. If there was a partial payment or a credit note, a new one is created for the correct balance.

  • Payments that take time to arrive

With some payment methods the money arrives days later. Remitide tells a confirmed payment apart from one that’s pending, failed, refunded or disputed, and never marks an invoice as paid when it isn’t.

  • Your IBAN, in every plan

Without Stripe, the reminder shows only bank transfer to your IBAN. It never offers a payment link that can’t take payment.

  • No percentage

Remitide takes no commission on what you collect. Stripe charges its own fees in your account, under your agreement with Stripe.

What about your invoicing software?

Getting paid is your business. Nobody else should be in the middle.

A collections layer has no reason to touch the money. Remitide prepares the link and logs the payment; the payment goes from your customer to your bank.

In your invoicing softwareWith Remitide on top

In your invoicing softwareSome software integrates third-party financing, credit insurance or outsourced debt collection.

With Remitide on topRemitide doesn’t sell financing, credit insurance or debt collection, and takes no percentage: it has nothing to gain from your money.

In your invoicing softwareWhere there is a portal for the payer, it belongs to a single issuer: your customer sees that company’s invoices and nothing else.

With Remitide on topThe link opens the exact invoice in the reminder, with what’s left to pay right now and the payment methods you offer.

What we say about invoicing software comes from a review of the official websites and help centres of the most widely used invoicing software in Spain, carried out on 3 October 2026. It describes the category as a whole and may not apply to a particular product or its add-ons.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask.

Does the money pass through Remitide?

No, never. Stripe collects in your connected account and pays out to your bank. Remitide only prepares the link and receives the confirmation to log the payment.

Do I need a Stripe account?

For the online pay button, yes: your own. If you don’t have one or don’t want one, reminders show your IBAN for bank transfer.

Does Remitide take a commission on each payment?

No. You pay for your Remitide plan and nothing else. Stripe charges its own fees in your account.

What does my customer see when they open the link?

The invoice from that reminder with what’s left to pay, the payment methods you offer and the option to reply in one click if they’ve already paid or need more time.

What if my customer pays by bank transfer?

The payment lands in your bank and in your invoicing software. When Remitide reads it from your software, or you log it yourself, the sequence for that invoice stops and its payment link is switched off.
