How it works
Four steps, no paperwork.
You sign up
With your Remitide account (the trial is free), in Settings › Partners: you accept the terms and enter your invoicing details.
You share your link
With your clients, when they ask you how to manage payments. There’s a ready-made message you can send them.
Your client tries it for free
They start with a 14-day trial, no card needed, and if they subscribe to a monthly plan, their first month is free. They know from the start that they came through you.
You earn 15%
Of every Remitide invoice they pay, excluding VAT, for as long as they keep paying. You see it in your dashboard, month by month, and we pay it out every quarter.

15% of €69.99 a month excluding VAT (Professional, monthly payment) is €10.50 per client. Each client’s free first month earns no commission, and with yearly payment it’s calculated on what they pay that year.

Amounts exclude VAT, at current prices. For example, a client on Professional means €10.50 a month for you. It’s calculated on what your client actually pays: if they have a discount, on the discounted price; their free first month doesn’t count.
How you get paid
Every quarter, by bank transfer.
- Every quarter
- At the end of each quarter we add up what you have pending. If it reaches €50.00, we pay it out; if not, it carries over to the next quarter.
- Against your invoice
- You send us an invoice for the payout amount, with the VAT and, where applicable, the IRPF (Spanish income tax withholding) that apply to you (check your tax position with your adviser), and we pay you by bank transfer.
- After 30 days
- Each commission waits out your client’s 30-day money-back guarantee before it goes into a payout.
- Only what’s actually collected
- If a client gets an invoice refunded (including under the guarantee) or credited, the commission is reversed proportionally; if we’d already paid it to you, it’s deducted from the next payout.
Your dashboard always shows what’s pending, what’s being paid out and what’s already been paid, month by month, and you can download it as a CSV.
Are you an accounting firm? You can have both.
With the Accounting firms plan you see payments across all your client companies in one dashboard. With the partner programme you earn from those that subscribe to Remitide through your link. They’re independent: use one, the other or both.
What not to do
Three rules for recommending well.
- No mass mailingsRecommend Remitide to your clients and to anyone who asks. Sending marketing emails to people who haven’t agreed to them is prohibited by Spain’s e-commerce law (LSSI) and means removal from the programme.
- Remitide doesn’t collect debtsEach company chases its own invoices, from its own email and with its own approval. Don’t present Remitide as a debt collection agency or as collecting money for anyone.
- No promises that aren’t oursDon’t promise collection figures or results. You can use the Remitide name to recommend it, without passing yourself off as Remitide.
Partner questions.
Do I have to pay for Remitide to be a partner?
No. You need a Remitide account to have your dashboard, but not a paid plan. If you also want the multi-client dashboard for your firm, there’s the Accounting firms plan, which is separate.
What does my client see about me, and what do I see about them?
When they sign up, your client sees that they came through you and that you’ll know they’re a customer, their plan and what they pay. You see their company name, their plan, whether they’re paying and the commission they generate for you; never their invoices or their customers’ data. They see nothing of yours except your name.
What if a client cancels?
You stop earning from them at that point. What you’ve already earned stays yours, unless an invoice is refunded or credited.
Does a client who already had an account count?
No. Commission is for companies that sign up through your link. An account has only one source: if someone arrives with your link and someone else’s, the first one counts and they’re told so.
Can I combine it with “Recommend Remitide”?
They’re two separate routes for the same account and don’t add up: each company that signs up comes through only one. The free first month doesn’t combine with the founding company discount either.
Is it exclusive, or is there a minimum term?
No. You can recommend other tools and leave whenever you like from Settings. Whatever you’ve earned up to then is still paid out.
