“Who owes me the most?” shouldn’t take an afternoon of filters.Just ask. And confirm whatever needs doing.
The assistant answers questions about your receivables by checking your real data, never from memory, and prepares what you ask for: log a payment, send today’s reminders, change the IBAN. It shows you the action and does nothing until you confirm it.

Who’s owed me for more than 60 days?
Two customers, based on your receivables today:
- Ayuntamiento de Montesol · €8,712.00 · 88 days
- Construcciones Ebro SL · €5,445.00 · 74 days
Ebro paid F-2026-0398 yesterday. Log it.
Proposal · log a payment
Construcciones Ebro SL · F-2026-0398 · €2,420.00 · 28/09/2026
Nothing is logged until you confirm.
Step by step
Ask, propose, confirm.
Step 1
You ask the way you talk
“What’s due this week?”, “How much does Ebro owe me?”, “What late payment interest applies to this invoice?”. No menus, no filters.
Step 2
It checks your data
Every figure comes from a query on your account, not from what the model thinks it remembers. Interest is worked out by Remitide’s calculator using the rates published in the BOE, Spain’s Official State Gazette.
Step 3
It prepares the action
If you ask for something, it proposes it with all the details in view: which customer, which invoice, what amount, what text.
Step 4
You confirm
Nothing runs without a person confirming it. To write to a customer, you read the full text that will go out and confirm who it goes to.
The limits
Anything that touches money is never automated. Ever.
The ceiling is written into the code, not into a settings screen: no configuration can get around it.
Money always needs confirmation
Logging a payment, correcting it, refunding it or changing plan always waits for a person, even with the assistant at its most autonomous.
So does writing to a customer
The assistant drafts and a person reads, word for word, what will go out. What you’re shown is what gets sent.
You decide how much autonomy
Manual, assisted or automatic, with hourly and daily caps, working hours, allowed or excluded customers and an amount above which it asks for permission.
Outside text is just data
Customer names, subjects and notes are written by people outside your company. The assistant treats them as data, not instructions, and even so nothing runs without confirmation.
A published AI provider
The model is OpenAI’s (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.), which appears on the public list of sub-processors. It receives what it needs to answer, and anything sent through its API isn’t used to train its models.
It drafts your reminders
The same writer prepares the text of each reminder for its invoice. If the month’s AI allowance runs out, the reminder goes out with your template.

What about your invoicing software?
An assistant that makes up a number is worse than none.
That’s why this one doesn’t answer from memory or do anything on its own: it checks, proposes and waits.
A generic chatbotIt doesn’t know your receivables: it answers with whatever you paste in, and may round or guess.
Remitide’s assistantIt checks your invoices, customers and payments in real time, and every figure comes from a query.
A generic chatbotIt gives you text you then have to copy, paste and send by hand.
Remitide’s assistantIt prepares the action in Remitide (the reminder, the payment, the change) and leaves it ready for you to confirm.
A generic chatbotLate payment interest, if it calculates it at all, is calculated its own way.
Remitide’s assistantIt uses Remitide’s calculator, with the interest rates published in the BOE.
Which plan includes it
In every plan, including the trial.
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance for the assistant and for drafting reminders, sized for the plan’s invoice volume.
14 days free, no card needed, with the full plan of your choice. When you subscribe, a 30-day guarantee on your first payment.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask.
Can it send reminders or log payments by itself?
No. It proposes the action and a person confirms it. Anything that touches money (logging, correcting or refunding a payment, changing plan) is never done on its own, in any mode.
Where does it get its data?
From your Remitide account, with live queries: every figure it gives comes from a tool it has run, not from memory.
Which AI provider does it use?
OpenAI, through OpenAI Ireland Ltd., which appears on our public list of sub-processors.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Anything sent through the provider’s API isn’t used to train its models, and only what’s needed to answer or draft is sent.
What happens if the AI allowance runs out?
The allowance resets on the 1st of the month. In the meantime, the rest of Remitide works as normal and reminders keep going out, using your template instead of AI-drafted text.
