It connects to what you already use. And touches nothing else.

It reads the invoices you’ve issued, sends from your own email and collects into your own Stripe account. Here’s the whole path, piece by piece.

Your invoicing

Never touches the money

Your email and your payments

Your bankStripe pays out there, not to Remitide

Remitide, in the middle

It reads your outstanding invoices, decides which reminder is due today under your rules and sends it through the channel you’ve connected. Nothing more.

  • Reads invoices and customers; never writes to your accounts
  • No reminder goes out without your own connected and verified email
  • It doesn’t receive, hold or move the amount of your invoices

The highlighted ones have a working connector, included from Starter. Availability in your account depends on your credentials and permissions, and doesn’t imply certification by the provider.

Import by file

You export your invoices to CSV or Excel and Remitide recognises the columns by itself. It isn’t a direct connection: when there is one, we’ll say so.

Your sending email

Google and Microsoft are authorised with OAuth where it’s enabled. You can also use SMTP if your provider and the hosting allow the connection. Your inbox is never read.

The permission

You decide what it sees and for how long.

1

You authorise

Depending on the software, you authorise on its website or enter a read-only API key. Remitide encrypts stored keys: you never need to share your invoicing software password.

2

You choose what it can touch

Check the permissions on the listing and restrict the key to read-only where your provider allows it. Remitide reads invoices and customers; it doesn’t change your source accounts.

3

You revoke it whenever you like

One button. Press it and access is cut off and the stored keys are deleted. Whatever was already imported stays: it’s yours.

Yours isn’t listed? Start with a CSV.

Importing by file works with any software from day one, and the 14-day trial doesn’t ask for a card.
