Purpose and parties
These terms govern the Remitide partner programme: a person or business acting in the course of their professional or business activity (the partner) recommends Remitide to their clients and, in return, receives a commission on what the companies that sign up through their link pay.
The other party is Blixma Capital Group, S.L., with its registered office at Carrer Jaume Balmes, 18, 08348 Cabrils (Barcelona), España, the owner of Remitide (“Remitide”). You accept them when you join in Settings › Partners, from the Remitide account you own; we record the version accepted, the date and who accepted it. For anything they don’t cover, the terms of service of your account apply.
You can take part whether or not you have the Accounting firms plan, and even if you don’t have a paid plan. The programme is not an employment, agency or representation contract: you don’t act on Remitide’s behalf, you can’t enter into contracts or commitments for it, you have no targets or obligation to promote a minimum, and you organise your activity with full independence.
Version of these terms: 5 October 2026. If it changes, we will ask you to accept the new one.
The commission: a recurring 15%
- You have your own link (
remitide.com/registro?colaborador=…) with a random code. A company is attributed to you if it creates its Remitide account with that link. Accounts that already existed, and later sign-ups by another route, are not attributed. - An account has only one origin. If a company arrives with your link and someone else’s (a partner’s or a “Refer Remitide” link), the first one counts, and the company is told when it signs up.
- For each Remitide subscription invoice paid by an attributed company, you earn 15% of the amount actually collected, excluding VAT and other indirect taxes. If the company has a discount or pays part with account credit, it is calculated on what it actually pays.
- You keep earning for as long as the company keeps paying its subscription, you remain in the programme and the programme remains in force. There is no time limit and no limit on the number of companies.
- The attributed company gets its first month free if it takes out a monthly plan; that €0 month generates no commission. That free month is not combined with the founding company discount.
- You don’t earn on your own subscriptions or on those of companies that are in fact you (the same company, owners with the same custom email domain or the same paying customer).
- Each amount is rounded to the cent. Every entry is recorded in your commission ledger, which you can see in your dashboard and download.
Refunds and credit notes
The commission follows the money Remitide keeps. If an attributed company is refunded all or part of an invoice (including under the 30-day guarantee) or is issued a corrective invoice, the commission on that invoice is reduced in the same proportion. If we had already paid it to you, the difference is deducted from your next payouts; we won’t ask you to pay it back as long as it can be offset that way.
That is why each commission waits 30 days from the payment of its invoice before it can be included in a payout.
Payouts and payment
- Payouts are made by calendar quarter. At the end of each quarter, the pending commissions that have completed their waiting period are added up, minus any reversals.
- If the balance reaches €50.00, your payout is calculated; if not, it rolls over to the next quarter. If you leave the programme, whatever is outstanding is paid out even if it doesn’t reach that minimum.
- Remitide doesn’t pay automatically: you issue an invoice to Blixma Capital Group, S.L. for the payout amount as the taxable base, with the VAT and, where applicable, the IRPF (Spanish income tax withholding) that apply to your situation, and you include your bank account on it. You send it to soporte@remitide.com.
- We pay the invoice received by bank transfer, in line with the rules on payment periods between businesses. We record the date and reference of the transfer, which you can see in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for your tax obligations and for the invoice you issue. Check your tax situation with your adviser: VAT and withholding rates depend on who you are and how you carry out your activity, and Remitide does not set them in these terms.
PENDING review by Remitide’s tax advisers: how IRPF withholding is handled when the partner is an individual, and the specific payment period for partners’ invoices.
How you can recommend Remitide
- No unsolicited messages. Recommend Remitide to your clients and to anyone who asks you. Don’t send commercial communications by email or any equivalent means without the prior, express consent of the recipient or another basis that allows it under Article 21 of Law 34/2002, Spain’s Information Society Services Act (LSSI). Don’t use bought lists or mass mailings.
- Don’t present Remitide as the one chasing debts. Remitide is a tool with which each company chases its own invoices, from its own email account and with its own approval, and it never touches the money collected. Don’t say that Remitide collects debts, that it is a debt collection agency or that it collects payments on anyone’s behalf.
- No promises. Don’t promise collection results, prices other than the published ones or terms that aren’t on the website.
- Transparency. If you recommend Remitide publicly, make it clear that you take part in this programme and earn a commission.
- Not with client data you process on their behalf. If you process your clients’ data on their behalf (their accounts, for example), don’t use it to recommend Remitide: do it within your direct professional relationship.
Breaking these rules allows Remitide to end your participation immediately (see “Termination”).
Use of the brand
We give you a non-exclusive, free and revocable permission to use the Remitide name and the copy we provide in your dashboard for the sole purpose of recommending it while you take part in the programme. You may not modify the brand, register domains, profiles or accounts that include it, bid on it in search engine ads or pass yourself off as Remitide or its team. When your participation ends, you stop using it.
No exclusivity
There is no exclusivity for either party: you can recommend other products, including competitors’, and Remitide can have other partners in your area or sector and reach the same companies by other routes.
Confidentiality
What you learn through the programme that isn’t public (in particular, the details of attributed companies, their plans and amounts, and any unpublished terms) is confidential. You use it only for the programme and don’t disclose it to third parties except where required by law or to your advisers, who must be bound by professional secrecy. This obligation continues after your participation ends.
Data protection
Your data. Remitide processes the data you give us for the programme (company or personal name, tax ID (NIF), tax address and email address for payouts) and your commission data as controller, to perform these terms (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation) and to meet its tax and accounting obligations (Article 6.1.c). We keep it while you take part and, afterwards, for the legal retention periods. We don’t ask for your IBAN: it goes on your invoice. Your rights and the rest of the processing are set out in the privacy policy.
The data of attributed companies. So that you can check your commission, Remitide shares limited data about each attributed company with you: its trading name, its plan, whether it has a paid subscription, since when it has been attributed and the amounts excluding VAT on which your commission is calculated. Never its invoices, its customers, its reminders or its people’s data. The company knows this from sign-up, through the notice “[Partner] will know that you are a customer, your plan and what you pay, to calculate their commission”, and Remitide does this based on its legitimate interest and yours in calculating and paying the agreed commission (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
You receive that data as an independent controller of whatever processing you carry out, not as Remitide’s processor: you decide how you store it, and you are responsible for using it only to check your commissions and keep your accounts, with appropriate security measures and for as long as necessary. Don’t use it for other purposes or disclose it to third parties. If an attributed company objects to this disclosure, you will no longer see its name and plan, only the amounts of your commission.
What you do with your own clients’ data when recommending Remitide to them is your responsibility, in line with your relationship with them and with data protection and information society services law.
Changes to the programme
Remitide may change these terms or end the programme by giving you at least thirty days’ notice at your payout email address and in your dashboard. Changes don’t affect commissions already earned, which are paid out under the terms in force when they were earned. If you don’t agree, you can leave the programme before the change takes effect. If the programme ends, you stop earning commissions from the end date and any outstanding amount is paid out to you.
Termination
- You can leave the programme whenever you like from Settings › Partners. Your link stops attributing new sign-ups and you stop earning from that moment.
- Remitide may end your participation with thirty days’ notice, or immediately if you breach these terms (in particular, unsolicited messages, presenting Remitide as the one chasing debts, misuse of the brand or attempting to attribute your own or fictitious accounts to yourself).
- In any case, commissions earned up to termination are respected and paid out, except those obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms, which Remitide may cancel.
- If you close your Remitide account, your participation in the programme also ends.
Liability
Each party is liable for its own breaches in accordance with the law. You are liable to Remitide for third-party claims arising from how you have recommended Remitide (for example, unsolicited communications or false statements). Remitide does not guarantee any number of sign-ups or any commission amount.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be heard by the courts determined by the applicable rules. If any clause is void, the rest remain in force.
