Count the invoices you issue in a year and choose a plan they fit into with room to spare. Each step up costs more per month and less per invoice: from €2.40 per invoice on Starter to €0.37 on Business. During the 14-day trial you see how many invoices and reminders you really use.
What if I invoice more than my plan allows in a given month?
The limit is yearly, not monthly, because that’s how invoicing really works: some months have five invoices, others forty. Once you reach it you can still view the invoices you already have, but to add more you need to move to a higher plan. No new free trial starts and nothing extra is charged without your confirmation.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
2 months: you pay 10 instalments at once and get 12 months of service. For example, Professional comes to €699.90 a year, excluding VAT, instead of €839.88.
What if I need more than 4,800 invoices a year, or several companies?
That’s what the Custom plan is for, from €199.99/month + VAT. You can’t sign up for it on the website: write to us at soporte@remitide.com, we’ll review the volume and requirements and send you a written proposal.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel the renewal from Settings › Plan and keep the period you’ve already paid for. Outside the 30-day guarantee there are no pro-rata refunds for a voluntary cancellation, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of the first payment for your first subscription, we’ll refund that payment in full and cancel the subscription. It applies to monthly and yearly payment, including founding companies, and you request it from Settings › Plan with a confirmation. Once per company. It doesn’t apply if your first month was free through a referral, because there was no first payment to refund.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export it from Settings at any time, including after cancelling, as long as the account is still open.
Does Remitide touch my money?
Never. The Pay button, included from Essential, collects into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank. We only check whether the payment has arrived, so we can stop the follow-up.
Do reminders go out in Remitide’s name?
No. They go out from the email address you connect and verify, with your identity and your signature, on every plan. Only payment pages or links may show the Remitide domain and brand.
Why isn’t what you already have enough?
“My invoicing software already sends reminders”
It’s usually one fixed rule and a generic email. A reminder isn’t collections management. Remitide builds sequences by tone, age of debt and customer type, with a reminder for each invoice that goes out from your own inbox, and it stops once you’re paid.
The first reminder goes out 3 days before the due date and it’s friendly. Each customer type has its own tone, frequency is capped at one or two reminders a week and, if you like, you review every email before it goes out.
“I don’t have time to set anything up”

“What if my customer has already paid?”

“Is it safe to give it access?”
Remitide reads your invoices and doesn’t change anything in your software. Money never passes through Remitide, data is stored in Europe and the account has two-step verification.
