Switching software shouldn’t mean starting from scratch.Remitide sits on top of whichever one you use.
It connects read-only to 34 invoicing apps via API and, if yours isn’t one of them, reads a CSV or Excel file from any of them. It reads invoices, customers and payments. It writes nothing to your software.

Step by step
Connecting takes minutes, and changes nothing.
Step 1
You choose your software
Paste your API key or authorise the connection, depending on what your software asks for. Some require a plan with API access: the integrations page says what each one needs.
Step 2
Or upload a file
Export your invoices to CSV or Excel from any software. Remitide recognises the columns and shows you what it understood before saving anything.
Step 3
It reads, it doesn’t write
Invoices, due dates, balances, payments and your customers’ email addresses. It never creates or changes data in your invoicing software.
Step 4
And you connect your email
So reminders go out from your own inbox: Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Your own email · SMTP. With permission to send only, not to read your inbox.

What it needs and what it doesn’t do
Every connection states its permissions.
Read-only
Connections to invoicing software read invoices, due dates, payments and customer email addresses. They don’t create or change data in the software.
Files you review
With a CSV or Excel file, Remitide doesn’t connect to anything: it only reads the file you upload, and saves nothing you haven’t reviewed first.
Email for sending
Gmail and Outlook are authorised through their own sign-in and for sending only. Your SMTP server, with your own credentials. None of them reads your inbox.
Stripe, in your account
If you connect your Stripe account, reminders can include a pay button. The money goes to your account, never to Remitide’s.
It survives a change of software
Your sequences, tones, owners and each customer’s history live in Remitide. If you change software, you change the connection and carry on.
Several apps at once
With the Accounting firms plan, each client company connects its own software and the accounting firm sees all of them with the same criteria.

What about your invoicing software?
Your invoicing software may change. The way you get paid doesn’t have to.
Getting paid depends on your customers, not on the tool you invoice with. That’s why Remitide sits on top, as a neutral layer.
Without a collections layerWhen you switch software, your collection rules and each customer’s history have to be rebuilt.
With Remitide on topYour sequences, tones and each customer’s history stay in Remitide: you only change the connection.
Without a collections layerIf your companies or customers use different software, each one is looked at separately.
With Remitide on topOne dashboard and the same rules for everyone, whatever software each one uses.
Without a collections layerIf your software has no integration, you have to wait for someone to build one.
With Remitide on topA CSV or Excel file from any software is enough to start today.
Which plan includes it
In every plan, including the trial.
Connections aren’t reserved for the most expensive plans. Your invoicing provider may require a plan with API access, and reminders need your own verified email address.
14 days free, no card needed, with the full plan of your choice. When you subscribe, a 30-day guarantee on your first payment.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask.
Can Remitide change anything in my invoicing software?
No. Connections are read-only: invoices, due dates, balances, payments and customer email addresses. They don’t create or change data in your software.
My software isn’t on the list. Can I still use Remitide?
Yes. Export your invoices to CSV or Excel and upload them. Remitide recognises the columns and shows you what it understood before saving.
What happens if I switch invoicing software?
You connect the new one and carry on. Your sequences, tones, owners and each customer’s history stay in Remitide.
Does Remitide read my email?
No. Gmail, Outlook and SMTP are connected only to send reminders. Your customers’ email replies arrive in your inbox, as always.
Does Remitide issue invoices?
No. You keep invoicing where you already do: Remitide starts once the invoice is issued and finishes when the money is in your account.
