Chasing invoices by hand eats up your mornings.Every reminder goes out on the right day.
You decide when to write, in what tone and to which type of customer. Remitide watches the due dates, prepares each reminder with its invoice details and sends it from your own email, with your signature. And it stops as soon as the payment comes in.

Step by step
One sequence per type of customer, and it handles the rest.
Step 1
You choose the sequence
Up to 5 sequences, for example for regular customers, key accounts or public sector bodies. Each with its own steps: the day relative to the due date (including before it’s due), the tone and what it includes.
Step 2
Remitide checks before sending
That the invoice is still outstanding (the balance is re-read at the moment of sending), that there’s no open problem or promise to pay in progress, that it’s a working day within your hours, and that the customer hasn’t already had as many reminders as they should.
Step 3
You review it, if you like
Each sequence can require your approval before every reminder goes out. During the trial, all of them wait for your approval.
Step 4
It goes out from your email
From your Gmail, your Outlook or your own mail server, with your logo, your signature and your legal footer. Your customer sees your company, and replies land in your inbox.
The safeguards
Automatic, but never blind.
Pushing harder doesn’t get you paid sooner. These rules apply to every account and no setting can override them.
A maximum of 3 reminders a week and 1 a day
Per customer, whatever the company settings, the customer record or the assistant asks for. You can set a lower cap for a particular customer, never a higher one.
Sending window
Reminders go out on working days, outside public holidays and within the hours you choose. A payment reminder at eleven on a Saturday night doesn’t get read: it annoys.
Fitted to payment runs
If a customer pays on fixed days of the month, a reminder that has just missed their payment run is moved so it arrives a few days before the next one, when it can actually help.
It only stops once paid
With the balance re-read just before sending. If the payment shows up in your software or you log it, the sequence for that invoice stops.
Emergency stop
A single switch stops all sending on the account immediately, checked again at the very last step before anything goes out. It resumes when you decide.
Your legal footer and your terms
Each step decides whether to mention late payment interest and the €40 recovery costs under Spain’s Late Payment Act (Law 3/2004, art. 8), and whether to attach the invoice as a PDF. You can pause an invoice or exclude a customer whenever you like.
In the app
Your sequences, step by step.
In Automation you see each sequence, its steps, the tone of each one and which customers it applies to. Go ahead and try it: it’s a demo.

What about your invoicing software?
A reminder isn’t collections management.
It’s a rule and an email. Managing collections means deciding who, when, in what tone and when to stop, invoice by invoice.
In your invoicing softwarePlenty of software sends reminders. In some, the alert goes to you rather than your customer; in others, what you get is a late payment letter.
With Remitide on topUp to 5 sequences by type of customer, each with its tone, its hours and its safeguards, and every reminder for its own invoice.
In your invoicing softwareIn Holded, automatic reminders are included in the Avanzado (€99/month) and Premium (€199/month) plans, according to its pricing page.¹
With Remitide on topRemitide starts at €19.99/month + VAT on top of the software you already use, without changing it.
In your invoicing softwareWhere there is a portal for the payer, it belongs to a single issuer: your customer sees that company’s invoices and nothing else.
With Remitide on topEvery reminder carries the link so your customer can reply in one click, and follow-up on that invoice adjusts to what they say.
¹ Holded pricing page (www.holded.com/es/precios), checked on 1 October 2026; monthly price excluding VAT. Holded also lists an invoice reminders add-on in its add-on store; check in your account whether it’s available on your plan. The brands mentioned belong to their owners; Remitide isn’t affiliated with them.
What we say about invoicing software comes from a review of the official websites and help centres of the most widely used invoicing software in Spain, carried out on 3 October 2026. It describes the category as a whole and may not apply to a particular product or its add-ons.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask.
Which address do reminders come from?
Yours: you connect your Gmail or Google Workspace, your Outlook or Microsoft 365, or your own mail server. Remitide only asks for permission to send, not to read your inbox.
Who’s chasing: my company or Remitide?
Your company. The reminders are yours, they go out from your inbox and with your signature, under the rules you set. Remitide doesn’t collect debts on anyone’s behalf and never touches the money.
Can I review every reminder before it goes out?
Yes. Each sequence can ask for your approval before every send. During the free trial it’s mandatory: you see the final text and approve it.
Why can’t I send a customer more than 3 reminders a week?
Because pushing harder doesn’t get you paid sooner and can turn a reminder into harassment. It’s a fixed cap for every account: you can lower it for a customer, not raise it.
What happens if a customer pays while a reminder is scheduled?
The balance is read again before sending. If the invoice is already marked as paid in your software or you’ve logged it, the reminder doesn’t go out and the sequence for that invoice stops.
Can I stop all sending at once?
Yes, with the emergency stop in Settings. It stops every reminder on the account immediately until you switch it off.
