Step by step

From scattered numbers to your morning decisions.

  1. Step 1

    What’s waiting today

The first thing isn’t a number: it’s whatever needs action. Customer replies, insolvency matches, legal deadlines, credit notes to review and reminders ready to go.

  2. Step 2

    How your receivables look

Open receivables, overdue, days to pay, what’s been collected and what’s coming in. Every figure links to the invoices behind it.

  3. Step 3

    Where the problem is

Ageing by bracket (0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days, over 90 days) and the cash-in forecast week by week.

  4. Step 4

    Whether you’re improving

DSO against agreed terms and the 60-day legal maximum, collected versus still outstanding month by month, and the customers carrying the most risk.

The numbers

What each one measures, and how.

Everything comes from your company’s database. What can’t be known isn’t drawn: it’s explained.

  • Open receivables

What you’re owed today, with credit notes and partial payments already deducted. An invoice settled by a credit note doesn’t count as paid.

  • Ageing

Overdue amounts split into 4 brackets by days late, with the invoices in each bracket one click away.

  • DSO in context

The days it really takes you to get paid, based on payments from the last six months, compared with the terms you agreed on those same invoices and the 60-day legal maximum between businesses (Spain’s Late Payment Act, Law 3/2004, art. 4).

  • Cash-in forecast

What falls due each week: the money that should come in, by week or on a calendar. It’s a forecast based on your due dates, not a promise of payment.

  • Customers at risk

Who carries the most overdue debt, how many days their oldest invoice has been outstanding and how late they pay you on average, so you know who to call first.

  • Ageing report

Downloadable for your accountant or your bank, from Professional.

Market reference: according to the CEPYME Observatory (the Spanish SMB confederation), the average payment period to small businesses in Spain was 80.5 days in 2025 (cepyme.es, 7 April 2026). The legal maximum between businesses is 60 calendar days (Spain’s Late Payment Act, Law 3/2004, art. 4).

What about your invoicing software?

Your software knows what you’ve invoiced. Getting paid is measured in days.

DSO, ageing and cash-in forecasts are usually pulled together by hand, once a month, when it’s already too late to do anything.

With a spreadsheetWith Remitide on top

With a spreadsheetExport invoices, match payments and rebuild the formulas every time someone asks how collections are going.

With Remitide on topThe figures recalculate themselves with every sync from your software and every payment you log.

With a spreadsheetDSO is just a number, with no way of knowing whether it’s high or low.

With Remitide on topCompared with what you agreed and with the 60-day legal maximum, with a sentence that tells you how you’re doing.

With a spreadsheetIf you switch invoicing software, you have to stitch together payment history from two different places.

With Remitide on topRemitide sits on top of your software: if you change ERP tomorrow, your customers’ history stays here.

Which plan includes it

In every plan, including the trial.

The dashboard and the forecast come with every plan. What changes is how many months Insights compares and, from Professional, the downloadable ageing report.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask.

What is DSO?

Days Sales Outstanding: the average number of days it takes you to get paid after issuing an invoice. Remitide calculates it from real payments over the last six months and compares it with the terms you agreed and the legal maximum.

What if I agree more than 60 days with a customer?

Between businesses, Spain’s Late Payment Act (Law 3/2004) sets a maximum of 60 calendar days, and clauses that exceed it may be void (arts. 4 and 9). That’s why the dashboard flags DSO above 60 even when it matches what was agreed.

How reliable is the cash-in forecast?

It’s what falls due each week according to your invoices: the money that should come in if you’re paid on time. Alongside your real DSO, it tells you how much you can expect and how late it usually arrives.

Is my data deleted if I move to a lower plan?

No. Moving down a plan only changes how many months Insights compares; your data is kept.

Can my accounting firm see it?

Yes, if you allow it. With the Accounting firms plan, your accounting firm (gestoría) sees your outstanding, overdue, DSO and ageing with whatever access you give it, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
