Remitide is a tool that lets a business keep track of its overdue invoices and send payment reminders to its own customers.

One point shapes everything else: the business chasing payment is always the creditor itself, for its own invoices. Remitide does not collect debts on behalf of others, does not buy debt, does not manage other people’s collections and does not receive or hold any money. Reminders go out in the name of the business using Remitide, and only from its own connected and verified email account or mail server, and payments go to its bank account.

This notice covers the use of the website. Simply visiting it does not mean you are taking out a subscription or consenting to any processing that requires consent. The public information on the website is not individual advice or a promise to recover debts.

By using the website you agree not to:

• use it for purposes that break the law or these terms;
• try to access restricted areas, other people’s data or the information of other businesses using Remitide;
• extract content in bulk or by automated means, or overload the service;
• introduce harmful code or interfere with the normal operation of the website.

Remitide’s software, design, text and brand belong to Blixma Capital Group, S.L. or to whoever has licensed them to it, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Using the service gives you no rights over them beyond the licence of use described in the terms of service.

The trademarks and logos of the invoicing software shown on the integrations page belong to their owners and are used only to identify which services Remitide can connect to.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the information on the website accurate and the service running, but there is no guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from use of the website contrary to these terms, or for decisions anyone makes based solely on the public information on the website.

The limits of liability that apply to the subscribed service are set out in the terms of service. Nothing above excludes any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

This website links to third-party pages, such as providers, invoicing software and public bodies. These links are provided for your convenience and do not mean their content is endorsed. This does not exclude the provider’s legal duties, nor does it allow unlawful links to be kept once there is knowledge of them and an obligation to act.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the parties submit to the Spanish courts; if you are acting as a consumer, to the courts of your place of residence.
