Service dependencies
What each part depends on, what stops working if that third party fails, and what keeps working for you in the meantime.
There’s no automatic monitoring yet. You won’t see a green light here, because a light that always says everything is fine is no use on the day something breaks. When there are real probes, this page will show what they measure.
Signing in and using the app
- Depends on
- Our server and our database. See the locations listed in the privacy policy.
- If that fails
- You can’t sign in or look anything up.
- In the meantime
- Reminders that were already scheduled aren’t lost: they go out when the service is back, within your sending hours.
Sending reminders
- Depends on
- The Google or Microsoft account, or the SMTP server, your company has connected.
- If that fails
- Reminders stay in the queue and are flagged with the error the server returned. They aren’t marked as sent.
- In the meantime
- You can write a reminder by hand and send it from your usual email: the text is on the invoice page.
Syncing with your invoicing software
- Depends on
- The API of the invoicing software you’ve connected.
- If that fails
- New invoices stop coming in. The ones already in stay there and follow-up carries on.
- In the meantime
- You can import a CSV or Excel file and keep working as normal.
Payments through the gateway
- Depends on
- Stripe.
- If that fails
- The payment link stops working.
- In the meantime
- If you’ve set up your IBAN and included it in the reminder, your customer can use it to pay by bank transfer.
The assistant and AI drafting
- Depends on
- The artificial intelligence provider.
- If that fails
- New drafts can’t be generated.
- In the meantime
- Everything else works the same: templates and sequences never go through the AI.
If something isn’t working and doesn’t match any of this, see what to do in each case.
