What is Remitide
You send the invoice.Remitide watches the payment.
Remitide is a credit control layer for freelancers and small businesses that sits on top of your invoicing software. It spots every due date in your open invoices and prepares reminder sequences tuned by tone, age and customer type, sent from your own mailbox with your signature. It stops by itself as soon as the payment comes in.
How it works
Four steps. Then it runs on its own.
- Step 1
Connect your invoicing
By API with Holded, Quipu, Cuéntica, Odoo and more than 25 programs, or import a CSV or Excel file from any program. Remitide reads invoices, customers and payments; it doesn’t change anything in your software.
- Step 2
It spots every due date
It knows which invoices are due soon and which are overdue, how old and how large each one is, and each customer’s payment history.
- Step 3
It runs the right sequence
Up to 5 sequences by customer type, tuned by tone and age. Each reminder is written for its invoice and sent from your Gmail, Outlook or SMTP, with your logo and your signature.
- Step 4
It stops by itself once you’re paid
As soon as the payment shows up in your invoicing software, that invoice’s sequence closes. Nobody gets a reminder for something they’ve already paid.
The same week. Without a system, and with Remitide.
Payments aren’t lost all at once. They slip away in loose tasks that aren’t in anyone’s working day. Switch sides and see what’s left.
Monday
You export the due dates to a spreadsheet and match them against the bank by hand.
Tuesday
You write three different emails. One goes to a customer who had already paid.
Wednesday
The account manager asks you not to chase their customer “this week”.
Thursday
The biggest invoice hits 90 days and nobody knows whether its VAT can be recovered.
Friday
Your DSO goes up again and the credit line papers over the working capital.
An illustrative week without follow-up.
Who it’s for
For anyone who invoices and can’t afford to finance their customers.
Freelancers and professionals
Who invoice every month and can’t turn chasing payments into unbillable hours.
Small businesses
With shared admin work, key accounts, public sector customers and a growing book of receivables.
Finance and admin teams
Who invoice, reconcile and close the month, but have no one dedicated to collections.
What it isn’t
It works where the money gets lost.
- It isn’t a debt collection agency: it acts before an invoice goes unpaid, and you chase the invoice yourself, from your own mailbox. Remitide never chases on anyone’s behalf.
- It isn’t invoicing software: it connects to yours and doesn’t change anything in it.
- It isn’t software for multinationals: it connects in minutes, with no implementation project.
- It isn’t a bank and doesn’t collect for you: the money never passes through Remitide.

Late-payment interest and €40
The ECB reference rate plus 8 points, and €40 per invoice in collection costs, under Spain’s Late Payment Act. Calculated for you.
- Art. 80 VAT Act
