Help
Organised by what might be happening to you right now, not by feature. Every answer starts with what to do.
Start with your connections
Your invoicing software and your own Stripe account, step by step.
Read the 2-minute guide →A customer has complained about a reminder
First, stop: in Automatic control there’s a button that halts all automatic sending instantly, without touching any sequence or going customer by customer. Nothing goes out again until you switch it back on. Then, in Sending history you have the exact text of what was sent, to whom and at what time, which is what you need to reply with facts.
Sign in and stop sendingI don’t know if a reminder actually arrived
Every message keeps its status and, if the mail server rejected it, the exact error it returned. An email that bounces isn’t retried in a loop: it’s flagged and stays visible so you can fix the address on the customer’s page.
My invoicing software has stopped syncing
In Connections you’ll see the connection flagged, with the reason. If the permission expired, it shows as “needs re-authorising” and you fix it by signing in to your software again; there’s no need to delete anything or start over. Meanwhile you can keep working by importing a CSV or Excel file: invoices that already came in aren’t lost.
I want to take my data with me or leave
In Settings › Data and privacy you can download your invoices, your customers and every reminder sent as CSV, ready to open in Excel. You don’t have to ask, you don’t have to give notice and there are no extra steps. It’s your right to data portability and it’s one click away.
Download my dataI can’t sign in to my account
Request a new password from the password recovery screen. A single-use link arrives in your email and, when you change it, every open session is signed out —including anyone else’s who might have had it. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder before requesting it again.
Reset my passwordA customer says they’ve paid and they’re still getting reminders
Mark the invoice as paid and follow-up stops for that invoice only: there’s nothing else to cancel. If the payment came in through the payment gateway, it’s marked automatically. The outstanding balance is recalculated in the same operation that records the payment, so nothing already paid gets chased.
Talk to a person
There’s no switchboard and no chatbot: you write, and someone who knows the product replies.
So the first reply is actually useful, tell us what you expected to happen, what happened instead and at what time. If it’s about a specific reminder, the invoice number is enough to find it.
We’re a small team and we don’t offer a guaranteed response time yet, so we don’t promise one. When there’s a written service commitment, it will be in the terms and we’ll say so here.
